Gloomy days

I'm sorry I don't have any nice warm thoughts today. I actually did have a wonderful christmas tea with my sisters and mom at her house yesterday. We had nice conversation, super yummy food, and a fantastic time crafting our own homemade cards. I think this will become a wonderful tradition for us Moore family ladies. :-)

On my way to my folk's house for the tea, however, I was in a very small accident. I was driving our mini-van and tried going around the person in front of me at a light (as everyone does) and as I went to pull around, someone zoomed up beside me(going very fast!) and the front corner of my van and the side of their vehicle collided. I was not moving any faster than maybe a 2 miles and hour as I was starting from a complete stop, but they zoomed around a corner behind me and literally came out of nowhere. I am a little shocked about it still today and it has just made my christmas blah's worse than they already were. People really are horrible drivers this time of year. No worries about me, I am totally fine. I had some stiff muscles in my neck last night but am feeling ok today. I'm thinking it was just stress. Oh, and it was just me in the van, so thankfully the kids were not with me! I am super thankful for that!
