Well somebody cranked up our heat this week. It's supposed to 97 today! Phew, that is really hot when you don't have A/C. Luckily the hot weather is only supposed to last a few days then back down to our regular 70's.
A while back I decided to go to the zoo today because the Dinosaur exhibit is supposed to be free for members. Well I had no idea it was gonna 90 or that so many school field trips would be there as well. It was insane but we managed and made it through the dinosaur exhibit and all fared well
with no sunburns! YAY! We met a new mom leading a playgroup in our area with 2 boys nearly the same age as my boys. It was great to meet another mom with kids my kids' ages that wants to do fun things. So the 6 of us all had a great time together even though there was enormous amount of people there! It was a very good day! Enjoy the pics!
Cooling off in our new pool on our backyard deck. That's also our new playstructure. The kids already logged many hours of fun on that. Do you think we have enough slides? :-)
