A day at the pumpkin patch

Daddy got off early today so we spent the afternoon picking out the perfect pumpkin! It proved to be a hard job, because they were awful heavy. But I think I found just the right one.



Well, mommy thought that one looked a little rotten so she found another one. I thought it had pretty bumps on it, so I approved, eventually.

I got a little grumpy at the patch so we took the hayride back to the barn. It was fun becuase we got to bounce up and down and all around. It was really fun to watch the pumpkins roll all around, but Daddy got ours placed just right so it wouldn't roll off. I helped him watch it just to make sure though.

This was our afternoon according to Josiah. :-) Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Of course, this is what I think he might say if he would actually speak to us. :-)
