A lovely day

Thursdays are my busy day of the week. Today we have Josiah's speech therapy in the morning and then in the afternoon I have my OB appt. I look forward to both. I know that the speech really helps Josiah and it gives him a sense of pride to "go to school". It is a one on one session but it is still at school where he gets to see all the other kids in the their classrooms and watch them play on the playground. Then of course he goes to Miss Kae's class (bascially her office with lots of toys and a small desk for kids to work at). She sends him home little homework lessons each week and he happily works on them, becuase he enjoys having school to do too. This week we have been working on lots of little "projects" as he loves to call them. He painted a foam airplane and colored a space picture, then he cut out all kinds of shapes while Rebecca and I cut out hearts for our various art projects for Valentine's day. He has a had a good week. Today is supposed to be a bit warmer than it has been so I told him we would go to the park after lunch before mommy has to leave for the Dr. So it will be another lovely day here. Now if this baby would choose to come today, that would be quite lovely as well. :-)

Yesterday I posted a picture... looks like a drawing. It is actually of Josiah and I that I put in a graphics program and changed it into a line drawing. I thought that it looked much better than the picture itself. What do you think? I will post the real picture and you see which you like better. It is fun to be creative. (while I still have the brain capacity to do so... hehe)

Blessings to you all. I will try to post again tomorrow with the news of my Dr appt. Until then, have a lovely day!

the photograph is cute too, but the black & white is way cool and way cute too. No wonder it looks so much like Josiah - it is!!
